2005 | GS50
A genuine 50 cm³ naked bike
Featuring design elements from larger bikes incorporated into the fuel tank, rear fairing, and other components, the GS50 was positioned as an entry-level model for riders aiming to move up to bigger bikes in the future. It uses a newly developed smooth-revving high-power engine that generates maximum output of 3.7 kW (5.0 PS) at 8,500 rpm. The potential of the engine was maximized with a 4-speed manual transmission, resulting in sporty and agile riding performance. The GS50 also achieves excellent fuel economy of 95.0 km/L (30 km/h steady state fuel economy*) and features a high-capacity 8-liter fuel tank.
