2002 | GSX250FX
250 cm³ naked bike with flowing body lines

The 250 cm³ 4-stroke 4-cylinder DOHC 4-valve engine of the GSX250FX features a layout with side cam chains. High intake efficiency is realized by a uniform cylinder arrangement with smaller intervals between the cylinders. The engine is also equipped with a system that uses a throttle position sensor to automatically determine the optimum ignition timing based on the throttle angle and revs, resulting in smooth and responsive engine characteristics at all rpm ranges. Combining a design that conjures a sense of agility with a lightweight engine and body, the GSX250FX is a nimble and sprightly bike based on the Kawasaki BALIUS-II, and supplied to Suzuki by that company on an OEM basis.
