1965 | M80
Practical model that blends power and rideability
The M80 is a commercial model that realizes a superb balance between performance and rider friendliness by combining an easy-to-mount V-shaped underbone frame with a powerful and well-received 80 cm³ 2-stroke engine. This newly designed engine generates a horsepower to weight ratio of 11.7 kg, 1 kg better than other models. Engineered to emphasize low-speed performance, it delivers impressively gutsy torque in the low- and mid-rpm ranges and excellent riding capabilities at low speeds even in top gear. The materials of the new frame that underpins this performance have a thickness of only 1.4 mm, realizing a lightweight 70 kg chassis. Every aspect of this model was designed specifically for the M80, including the large-capacity 5.8-liter fuel tank.

1969 | Super Free 80
User-friendly commercial model designed for all riders
The Super Free 80 is equipped with an 80 cm³ 2-stroke 1-cylinder rotary valve engine that delivers excellent power at low rpms. A 3-speed transmission with a centrifugal clutch allows the engine to be started simply by opening the throttle. Designed with simple operation that can be swiftly mastered even by beginners, this is a commercial model that is fun- and easy-to-ride by anyone. It also features an automatic negative pressure fuel cock that shuts off when the engine is stopped to prevent fuel overflow from the carburetor, which was a common concern of the time.
