1970 | Super Free 90
90 cm³ commercial model combining the rider-friendliness of a scooter and the performance of a motorcycle
The Super Free 90 was developed as a new type of commercial model that combines the rider-friendliness of a scooter with the riding stability of a motorcycle. It features a fuel tank built into the frame and compact 14-inch tires, as well as large leg guards to keep the rider’s clothes clean. The engine is equipped with Suzuki’s unique reed valve, which delivers gutsy power especially from low- to mid- rpm ranges alongside impressive acceleration performance from a standing start. New safety-oriented features include position lights that can be turned on in gloomy conditions using a switch close to the rider’s hand and a buzzer that sounds in time with the blinking of the turn signals.
