Big single-cylinder cruiser with a unique and deep rumbling exhaust note
The Savage LS650 is characterized by a long wheelbase mounted with a 650 cm³ 4-stroke 1-cylinder engine equipped with the Twin Swirl Combustion Chamber (TSCC). This cruiser delivers the distinctive deep rumble and exhaust note of a large-displacement 1-cylinder engine. Equipped with fully chrome-plated twin exhaust pipes, the rich exhaust note expresses the potential of the single-cylinder engine . The design of the Savage LS650 features chrome plating on parts such as the front forks and engine head cover cap. In addition, the sense of quality was enhanced by the adoption of steel for the front and rear fenders, as well as the side covers. The belt drive system requires no oil supply and delivers superbly quiet performance. Riders can choose between straight and upright handlebars depending on preference.

The Savage LS400 is the sister model of the popular Savage LS650, a unique large single-cylinder model. The design features the generous use of chrome plating on parts such as the front forks and side stand. In addition, the sense of quality was enhanced by the adoption of steel for the front and rear fenders, as well as the side covers. The LS400 is powered by a 400 cm³ 1-cylinder SOHC engine equipped with a Twin Swirl Combustion Chamber (TSCC). This engine realizes excellent combustion efficiency and is tuned to emphasize low-end torque. Combined with the fully chrome-plated twin exhaust pipes, the Savage LS400 produces the rich and distinctive exhaust note of a single-cylinder model with its own unique deep rumble.
