2006 | SUZUKI BOULEVARD M109R/INTRUDER M1800R

High-performance cruiser with world’s largest pistons

VZR1800

Designed with flowing lines from tank to rear fender, the SUZUKI BOULEVARD M109R/INTRUDER M1800R was developed under the concept of “High Style, with High Performance” to exceed the conventional image of a cruiser. The result is a large and powerful cruiser with an utterly distinctive presence. The 1,800 cm³ 4-stroke V-twin engine features pistons with a bore diameter of 112 mm, the world’s largest pistons for an internal combustion engine used in any production passenger car or motorcycle at the time of development. The engine delivers a powerful and unique riding experience from low to high speeds. In addition to the impressive engine, the M109R/M1800R also features a high-performance chassis and suspension usually found on sports bikes, including highly rigid inverted front forks, radially mounted front brake calipers, and extra-wide massive radial tires at the front (130/70R18) and rear (240/40R18). The riding performance of the SUZUKI BOULEVARD/INTRUDER M1800R goes beyond anything in the cruiser segment.
