The 1,800 cm³ 4-stroke V-twin engine features pistons with a bore diameter of 112 mm, the world’s largest pistons for an internal combustion engine used in any production passenger car or motorcycle at the time of development. The engine delivers a powerful and unique riding experience from low to high speeds. In addition to the impressive engine, the M109R/M1800R also features a high-performance chassis and suspension usually found on sports bikes, including highly rigid inverted front forks, radially mounted front brake calipers, and extra-wide massive radial tires at the front (130/70R18) and rear (240/40R18).
