Notice regarding Change in Personnel of Officers
Suzuki Motor Corporation has made an internal decision on change in personnel of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members as of the 160th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2026.
The Directors (nine members) and Audit & Supervisory Board Members (two members) will be officially decided following the approval at the 160th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and Representative Directors and Directors with titles are to be appointed at the Board of Directors which will be held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
