Notice regarding Change in Organization and Personnel
Suzuki Motor Corporation will make the following change in organization, change in responsibilities of Officers, and change in personnel of Executive General Managers, councilor, and managers as of 1 January, 2022.
1. Change in Organization
<D Project>
- - D Project will be newly established.
<Corporate Planning Office
- - Corporate Planning Office and Alliance will be merged and become Corporate Planning Office.
- - Corporate Management/IR/Cost Management Department and Corporate Strategy Department will be merged and become Corporate Strategy Department.
<Human Resources/General Affairs & Legal/IP>
- - Human Resources & General Affairs and Legal/IP will be merged and become Human Resources/General Affairs & Legal/IP.
- - Human Resources Department and Human Resources Management Reform will be merged and become Human Resources Department.
<Quality Assurance and Inspection>
- - Inspection Administration Department in Vehicle Regulations and Engineering Administration will be transferred to Quality Assurance and Inspection and become Quality Administration Department.

- - Digitalization Promotion Department will be newly established.
<India Operations>
