New Showroom Concept Creates Sensory Experience
from Colombia

Step into one of new automobile concept showrooms in Colombia, and all senses immediately come to life. Under the philosophy of "5 Moments, 5 Senses," any visitor can enjoy a true "Suzuki Experience"—a journey designed to forge a genuine emotional connection between the customer, the brand, and Suzuki’s vehicles. Beyond mere architectural guidelines, these innovative, boutique-inspired spaces offer a warm welcome into Suzuki’s retail environment. Here, a curated fragrance evokes fond memories, the flavour of local Colombia coffee expresses regional pride, and bespoke soundscapes reinforce the brand’s personality. This sensory journey culminates in a test drive, where the feelings of comfort, agility, and performance are proven in real-world driving conditions.

This immersive approach is deeply rooted in an understanding of Colombia’s unique landscape. From the high-altitude streets of Bogotá, which stands at 2640 metres above sea level, to rugged mountain terrain and coastal highways, the country demands mobility solutions that are as versatile as they are reliable. For Colombian consumers, a vehicle is more than transportation; it is a gateway to adventure. This is why there is such a strong preference for SUVs and crossovers which balance practicality with exploration. At the same time, Suzuki’s compact models are also popular for the way they offer urban efficiency while the rapidly growing hybrid lineup appeals to the desire for environmentally conscious mobility.

To bring this vision to every corner of the country, Suzuki’s footprint is rapidly expanding. Building on the 13 showrooms already featuring this concept, 12 more will be completed this year, with a goal to transform all 45 national showrooms by 2027. Once complete, every visitor will be able to explore Suzuki’s history at the Brand Wall, find their perfect match in the Vehicle Hall, and engage with experts in the Consultation Lounge. From the innovation of the Tech Zone to the rugged heritage of the 4x4 Zone, the shift is toward a human-centred approach—one that seamlessly connects the pulse of daily city life with the vast, natural beauty of Colombia.
