On Saturday, he ffnished 12th after being bounced off track by a rival, and then came back to take fourth the next day. Premier-class rookie Escalante battled inside the top five on Saturday before an early crash knocked him out of the race, while Lewis registered a measured ride in sweltering conditions, ultimately earning a lonely fifth.
