The gifted French-Canadian proved a natural on the considerably more intimidating Stock1000-spec GSX-R1000. He logged three early-season TEAM SUZUKI RACING NEWSpodiums - including a pair of runner-up positions - before his season was marred by a broken elbow that required surgery. He returned to form late in the season.Hammer proved to be an overwhelming force in Stock1000 competition: South African Cameron Petersen proved unstoppable aboard Even without Dumas at full strength, Team his Team Hammer-built Altus Motorsports Suzuki GSX-R1000. He assembled a 56-point margin of victory in the class championship, fuelled by eight wins, including seven over the season’s ffnal eight races.It was a similar story in the Twins Cup where Rocco Landers took over for 2019 Champion Dumas on the team’s SV650.
