Then, another pit-stop to check a clutch issue put them out of contention of victory.However, as always, the team never gave up, pushing right until the flag; and with the bonus points added, were elevated to fourth position in the series. SERT is currently 10 points off the lead with four more rounds to run, starting with Round 2, the Le Mans 24-Hour on April 20th, 2019.Team Manager Dominique Méliand said: “We moved a step forward even if this fifth position is frustrating. The bike is improving at each test session and each race. Here we proved that victory was clearly possible for us. But there are still many new parts on the bike and the development is ongoing.
