During Stefan Everts’ career, Kelly Tureluren has been the strong woman behind the 10 times World Champion. In 2016, Kelly and Stefan took over GRP, the company behind the Suzuki World MXGP team. Her business card states ‘Financial Manager’, but in fact her job entails much more than solely managing the Thnancial part of the team. Together with Stefan, she’s also in charge of the daily operations of the team to make everything run smoothly. D.O.B: 28 MARCH 1945NATIONALITY: BELGIANPART OF THE TEAM SINCE THE BEGINNING IN 1992Sylvain Geboers founded GRP in 1992 and developed it to what it is now. After running the Suzuki Factory team for more than 20 years, Sylvain started searching for a successor, and in Stefan Everts he found the right person in the right place. Even at the age of 72, Sylvain is still involved in the workings of the team as a ‘Senior Consultant’. With his experience, know-how and contacts he is still a real asset to the team. Sylvain lives and breathes Suzuki; the brand is his way of life.
