It has been a nice experience and we thank the Suzuki Marine Brand in company with the Nautica Paula, NGO Mare Nostrum and the local groups, ARE Constitución (Rescate ante la catástrofe) and ECOMAUCHOS (Cuidado del entorno natural en Constitución), for carrying out this clean-up and more than that, generating an instance where we have been able to create awareness in our community of the pollution that we ourselves have generated.
We have also been able to show with this activity that there are plans of action against the destruction of the flora and fauna of the beach and we hope to generate an impact on our future generations so that they have a better level of maturity and awareness than the one that currently exists on this issue. The activity was reported to the community by the local television channel of the city of Constitución.

San Felipe is a port in the Mexican state of Yucatán and head of the municipality of the same name, located on the north coast of the state, in the Gulf of Mexico. It is a port dedicated mainly to commercial fishing. The port was founded under the name of Actam Chuleb, 80% population of Mayan descent. This region is affected every year by the rip current that spreads plastic and metal waste, this affects the fishing cycle and endangers the main marine and mangrove species; 40 local participants among them Suzuki personnel, local authorities and community removed 180 kilos of plastic, metal and glass waste from the mangrove and the seaside walk.

Suzuki Marine hosted a clean up at Picnic Island Park. Keep Tampa Bay Beautiufl recommended this area as a place that needed cleaning and they were able to provide Suzuki with some tools to assist in the clean up.
We had several dealers and their employees attend to help in the clean up. Many people were pleasantly suprised how beautiful the park was which pushed them to ensure its cleanlyness for future people to enjoy.
Many attendees said that they would come back to this park to enjoy themselves, which again made them want to clean more.

We are proud to be part of Suzuki's CLEAN OCEAN PROJECT.
This activity is promoted by Movilmotors and Scientific Angler (a company that we support with the aim of keep boating as a sustainable activity). We are still trying to involve other companies (out of the marine division) to have a bigger impact.
We have also distributed merchandising to our Network, to promote the campaign with them. And they are also involved with this Project.
We understand that this year the total amount of plastic collected has been lower due to the time of the season in which we have do it the activity and because the city's cleaning services were acting at the same time.

The team of Suzuki Belgium organized together with the Sea Scouts in our area a “Clean the Ocean” Sunday afternoon. The challenge was to motivate young people (age from 5-18 years) to clean the water, the streets, the neighborhood of their scouts location.
The location was Klein-Willebroek in the province of Antwerp, a small harbor with picturesque views and its beautiful preservation is very valuable for nature and the people who come to enjoy the environment and the water
The team of the Sea Scouts in Klein-Willebroek is a young organization, 2-3 years now and they especially motivate young people that climate and preservation of the water are our highest good and that this deserves all the attention to protect.
Since their establishment, they organize several clean-up campaigns in the near of their premises and they mainly take care of the harbor of Klein-Willebroek and part of the banks of the river Rupel.
Under the slogan “all water runs to the ocean”, Suzuki Marine Belgium together with the Sea Scouts held this campaign last Sunday.
