Suzuki Facelifts the Three-Row Seven-Seater SUV XL7

Suzuki Motor Corporation’s subsidiary in Indonesia, PT SUZUKI INDOMOBIL MOTOR (hereinafter “SIM”), facelifted the XL7, a three-row, seven-seater SUV, at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS), on 29 July. The XL7 will be produced at SIM’s Cikarang Plant and is planned to be sold not only in Indonesia but also exported to overseas markets.
The latest update features a newly designed front grille and front bumper garnish, further enhancing the vehicle’s bold and commanding presence. The interior features newly designed garnishes integrated into the door trims and instrument panel, creating a premium and sophisticated cabin atmosphere.
In terms of body colors, upper-grade models feature a two-tone color scheme that combines new Ice Grayish Blue and Black, resulting in a more dynamic styling. In addition, a 360-degree view monitor and Digital Video Recorder (DVR) have been newly added to upper-grade models, further enhancing safety and security.
The XL7 continues to be powered by the fuel-efficient 1.5L K15B engine. In middle and upper-grade models, it continues to combine with Suzuki’s proprietary mild hybrid system, Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki (SHVS), ensuring environmental performance.
Suzuki will introduce the XL7 to meet the customer needs in Indonesia, where demand for three-row vehicles is high among family-oriented customers, and where the popularity of SUVs continues to grow.
