Suzuki Receives the “IMPACTFUL GCCs of India” Award
at the “ET Edge GCC Summit 2025” in India

Suzuki Motor Corporation’s Indian subsidiary, Suzuki R&D Center India Private Limited (hereinafter “SRDI”), received the “IMPACTFUL GCCs of India” award for the first time at the “ET Edge GCC Summit 2025”, organized by India’s leading media group, The Times Group, in December in Delhi.

The ET Edge GCC Summit is one of India’s largest events where leaders from various industries in India gather to discuss the development of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which serve as strategic hubs for global business operations.
The “IMPACTFUL GCCs of India” award is presented to GCCs that are highly recognized for undertaking advanced operations such as AI, automation, and global expansion. In addition, the award comprehensively evaluates organizations from multiple perspectives, including the promotion of diversity, creation of a comfortable working environment, and strong governance.

As Suzuki’s GCC, SRDI has been committed to sustainable value creation through initiatives such as developing technical talent, addressing social issues through electric mobility, and biogas projects. This award reflects the recognition of SRDI’s efforts. Going forward, as a member of the Suzuki Group, SRDI will further advance these initiatives and strengthen competitiveness and R&D capabilities not only in the Indian market but also globally.
