Suzuki Unveils Crossover Model, the All-New SV-7GX

Suzuki Motor Corporation (hereinafter, “Suzuki”) announced the all-new crossover model SV-7GX at the international motorcycle exhibition EICMA 2025 (Milan Show)^*1 held in Milan, Italy from 4 to 9 November. Sales will begin sequentially in various countries, mainly in North America and Europe, from 2026.

The all-new SV-7GX inherits the concept and aggressive design of its higher-end model, the sporty GSX-S1000GX, and is a crossover model that fuses the sportiness of a street model with the comfort of an adventure model.
By adopting the highly acclaimed V-twin engine from the SV650 series, it secures nimble riding performance while also pursuing touring comfort with an upright riding position, standard equipment such as a rear carrier, half cowl with three-step adjustable windscreen, and knuckle covers.
Furthermore, it is equipped with the Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS), which allows adjustment of engine output characteristics according to road conditions and rider skill level; traction control that detects wheel slip and controls engine output; and a bi-directional quick shift system, all part of the electronic control system S.I.R.S. (Suzuki Intelligent Ride System) that ensures peace of mind and comfort while riding.

By combining a lightweight steel trellis frame with both rigidity and flexibility, a slim and compact V-twin engine, and a fatigue-resistant seat with good footing, it achieves both comfort for long-distance touring and peace of mind for everyday city riding. Additionally, it features a compact projector headlight that balances brightness and wide light distribution, as well as a 17.4L fuel tank to enhance convenience.
The design expresses a dynamic proportion with styling that conveys the sleek and aggressive nature of a sportbike. The body colors include Suzuki’s on-road model image color blue, a standard black, and a greige that combines basic and fashionable elements, offering a three color lineup to meet various needs.
