Notice regarding Personnel of Officer
(Candidate for Director)

Suzuki Motor Corporation had announced an internal decision on personnel of Directors as of the 159th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2025, on 6 February 2025.

In order to strengthen the skill set and promote diversity of the Board of Directors, the Company has made an internal decision on additional candidate for Director as per below.

The Directors (nine members) will be officially decided following the approval at the 159th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and Representative Directors and Directors with titles are to be appointed at the Board of Directors which will be held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
