Notice regarding Change in Personnel of Officers
Suzuki Motor Corporation has made an internal decision on change in personnel of Directors as of the 159th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2025.
The Directors (eight members) will be officially decided following the approval at the 159th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and Representative Directors and Directors with titles are to be appointed at the Board of Directors which will be held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
