Notice regarding Change in Organization,
Responsibilities of Officers, and Personnel
Suzuki Motor Corporation will make the following change in organization, responsibilities of officers, and personnel of general managers as of 1 April 2023.
1. Change in organization
[Corporate Planning Office]
- - A part of Automobile Powertrain Advanced Development Department will be transferred to Yokohama R&D Center, and the Yokohama R&D Center will be reorganized into Future Technology Research Department and Next-Generation Advanced Technology Development Department.
[Quality Assurance and Inspection]
- - Quality Information Management Department and Quality Administration Department will be consolidated into Quality Administration Department.
[Product Planning]
- - QCD Administration Department will be newly established.
[Automobile Electrical/Electronic/EV Engineering]
- - Automobile Electrical/Electronic Engineering will become Automobile Electrical/Electronic/EV Engineering, and Automobile EV Design Department, Automobile HEV Design Department, and Automobile EV/HEV Drivetrain Design Department will be newly established.
[Automobile Powertrain Engineering]
- - Departments will be reorganized into Automobile Powertrain Planning/Analysis Department, Automobile Engine Design Department, Automobile Drivetrain Design Department, and Automobile Powertrain System Design Department.
[Motorcycle Operations]
- - Motorcycle Engineering Department will become Motorcycle Engineering Department 1 and Motorcycle Engineering Department 2.
