Notice regarding Appointment of Representative Directors and Members of the Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board, and Change in Organization, Responsibilities of Officers, and Personnel

Suzuki Motor Corporation has assigned members of the Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board at the 156th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today and subsequently appointed Representative Directors and Directors with special titles at the Board of Directors Meeting. The Company also made change in organization, operational responsibilities of officers, and personnel of managers as of 1 July 2022.
