Notice regarding Change in Organization and Personnel
Suzuki Motor Corporation will make the following change in organization, responsibilities of officers, and personnel of councilor and general managers as of 1 April 2022.
1. Change in Organization
D Project will be renamed as Global R&D Project.
[EV Operations]
- - EV Product Planning Department and Business Planning Group will be reorganized as EV Product Department 1, EV Product Department 2, EV Product Planning Department, and Business Planning Department.
[Domestic Marketing]
- - Domestic Marketing Administration & Promotion Department will be reorganized as Marketing Promotion Department, Marketing Administration Department, and Electric Wheelchair Group.
[Global Automobile Marketing]
- - S Project will be newly established.
[Vehicle Regulations and Engineering Administration]
- - Development Supervision Department will be abolished, and Product Security Promotion Department will be newly established.
[Product Planning]
- - Cost Control/Reduction Department will be newly established.
[Automobile Powertrain Engineering]
- - EV Development Department of Automobile Electrical/Electronic Engineering will be transferred to Automobile Powertrain Engineering.
[Procurement Strategy]
- - Cost Control Department will be abolished and become Procurement Strategy Department.
- - Part Purchasing Department 1 and Part Purchasing Department 2 will be merged and become Procurement Department.
- - Purchasing Administration Department will be abolished and become Supply Chain Promotion Department.
