Appointment of Representative Directors, Appointment, Retirement, and Change in Operational Responsibilities of Directors, Appointment and Retirement of Audit & Supervisory Board Members, Change in Operational Responsibilities of Managing Officer, and Change in Personnel
Suzuki Motor Corporation has made the following appointment of Representative Directors, appointment, retirement, and change in operational responsibilities of Directors, appointment and retirement of Audit & Supervisory Board Members, and change in operational responsibilities of Managing Officer, at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 June 2019, and the Board of Directors held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Company will also make the following personnel change of General Manager as of 1 July 2019.
