Suzuki to provide aid for flood disaster in northern India

Suzuki Motor Corporation expresses heartfelt sympathy to those affected by the flooding, which occurred in June 2013 in the state of Uttarakhand, located in northern India.

As a support to the affected area, Suzuki Motor Corporation has decided to donate five million yen through the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Also, our automobile subsidiary, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, has decided to donate a total of 15.6 million rupees from the company and its employees (approximately 25 million yen, including five Omni ambulances).
