CAMI, a GM/Suzuki joint assembling venture in Canada
Suzuki Motor Corporation today announced that, per GM’s request, it agreed to sell all the shares of CAMI Automotive Inc. (Ontario, Canada), a joint venture vehicle assembly plant with General Motors of Canada Ltd.(“GMCL”), to GMCL.
