Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) announced that SMC had invested and subsidized an Indian company "Integra Overseas Private Limited" for the purpose of producing and marketing Suzuki motorcycles in the Indian market.
SMC plans to construct a production plant in Gurgaon, Haryana near Delhi, aiming for the start of operation by the end of the year 2005. The figure of investment, production capacity and products are to be decided.
