Suzuki Ignis, manufactured in Magyar Suzuki Corporation in Hungary, received a Special Award for its commitment in designing in "L'Automobile piu Bella del Mondo 2003 (The World's most Beautiful Automobile of 2003)." The Awards, founded in 1993, are given each year by the International Jury of artists, architects and art critics. This year, the Jury gathered at Sforza Castle in Milan on November 7, to select the "most Beautiful Automobiles" from 50 new models launched in 2003. In addition to the main Awards, the Jury assigned Special Awards to four models, which included Suzuki Ignis. It won praise for "formal commitment in design formulation." Suzuki Motor Corporation is proud to believe that the Ignis' design that ingeniously describes characteristics as a crossover vehicle was highly evaluated. The other models selected are Bentley Continental GT, Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, and Pininfarina Enjoy. Results of "The World's most Beautiful Automobile of 2003" by category
