We have already received congratula-tions from Japan!” Suzuki Announces New Suzuki Asian Challenge Suzuki has announced that it will inaugurate its own Asian series, the Suzuki Road Racing Championship in 2015.The new Suzuki Asian Challenge will run in conjunction with the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship and will be run on the Suzuki FU150. The series will provide a base for a structured program aimed at discovering and grooming riders from the Asian region. Yukio Kagayama, who has become a world renowned racing rider in races such as the World Superbike Championship, has been entrusted to manage the program. Suzuki is dedicated to building riding talent in the Asian region by providing experience that will make it possible for these riders to challenge world class events. Kagayama will also entry his team, ”Team Kagayama Suzuki Asia”, in the Supersports 600cc category. The Suzuki Asian Challenge champion for 2015 will have a chance to join his team to challenge the 2016 ARRC with the GSX-R 600.
