Expanded to over 145 Indian cities and with over 370 participating dealers, the program allows potential and existing Suzuki owners a hassle-free process. Without visiting a dealer, and while maintaining social distancing, it is possible to order products, schedule a test ride or arrange for service at the caller’s doorstep. Service personnel will also make sure the motorcycle is carefully sanitized.

To purchase a new motorcycle from SMIPL there is a simple 5-step process. Firstly the customer chooses the product, and then as a second step, he/she makes the color selection. The third step is to choose a location for a dealer and the fourth, to select a payment mode. The final step is simple, to choose a date and time for delivery.
