Compact pleasure bike that can be carried in the trunk of a car
The Hopper 50 is a compact pleasure bike based on the Trail Hopper for the North American market that debuted in 1970. Equipped with a fuel tank made of lightweight hard polyethylene that is sealable by closing the fuel cock, this model can be laid flat in the trunk of a car. The seat and handlebar heights are both adjustable to three different positions, and the handlebars can be folded down. This model features a gutsy reed valve 2-stroke 1-cylinder engine paired with a centrifugal clutch and 3-speed manual transmission.

Playful and sporty pleasure bike
The EPO is a sporty pleasure bike equipped with a distinctive visible semi-double cradle frame known as the “pipeline” frame. Its 50 cm³ 2-stroke engine generates horsepower of 3.8 PS and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. It features a telescopic front suspension with exposed springs and a double rear suspension. The 8-inch wheels at the front and rear are shod with wide 89-mm tires. This model also features front and rear carriers with a headlight slung below the front carrier. The EPO is designed both for practicality and for short fun rides in the great outdoors. A retro version of this model, the EPO PV50, debuted in 1993.

The PV50 was designed for casual riders as a remake of the EPO that debuted in 1979. Featuring a compact and highly maneuverable chassis with a dry weight of only 64 kg and a length of 1,415 mm, this model is perfectly suited for a wide range of situations from everyday use to off-road leisure activities. Equipped with a similar reed valve 50 cm³ 2-stroke engine and manual 5-speed transmission as the EPO, the PV50 provides a sense of fun over and above its compact size.
