1971 | Hustler 250
Specialty model that incorporates technologies from the RH70 Motocross World Championship machine
This is a full model change of the popular Suzuki Hustler 250. It features a range of enhancements based on the technologies used by the RH70, which won the Motocross World Championship in 1970. This full redesign also succeeded in reducing the weight of the model, which is a crucial element for a motocrosser, by 10 kg. In addition, the Hustler 250 also features the new Pointless Electronic Ignition (PEI) system that eliminates the difficulty of adjusting the ignition timing and realizes highly durable and stable ignition at all times, even under harsh riding conditions. This model also includes a primary kickstarter capable of starting the engine in any gear.

1977 | Hustler 250
Agile machine with unrivalled riding performance for both on and off the road
The Hustler 250 is equipped with a newly designed power reed valve type air-cooled 2-stroke 1-cylinder engine that features an optimized intake system incorporating both a piston valve and a reed valve. This engine generates maximum horsepower of 23 PS and maximum torque of 28.4 N·m, and delivers stable power from low- to high-rpm ranges. The rear suspension uses nitrogen gas-filled shock absorbers that suppress the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil and that are installed with a forward-tilted inverted attachment angle suited for endurance during extended off-road rides and improved handling.

1984 | RH250
Off-road machine with performance inherited from the Motocross World Championship winning RH
The RH250 pairs a lightweight and highly rigid semi-double cradle pipe frame with a newly designed 2-stroke liquid-cooled power reed valve engine that generates class-leading maximum horsepower of 35 PS. Sharp and quick acceleration is realized by the incorporation of a plate valve-type flat slide carburetor. The RH250 adopts a long stroke suspension at both the front and rear. This includes the Full Floater rear suspension, which realizes a superb balance between excellent ride comfort and handling. A square aluminum swingarm reduces unsprung weight and helps to enhance dynamic performance. Other features include a hydraulic front disc brake, wheels with aluminum rims and spokes, and a high-intensity headlight.

1992 | RMX250S
Enduro machine developed based on the RMX250
The RMX250S was developed for enduro racing, which demands the ultimate in durability. It pairs a chassis designed specifically for a single rider with a 250 cm³ 2-stroke liquid-cooled 1-cylinder engine featuring a crankcase reed valve. This engine, which generates a class-leading maximum horsepower of 40 PS along with ample torque from low to high rpm ranges, is combined with the Automatic Exhaust Timing Control II (AETCII) system that adjusts exhaust pulsation over 3 levels to maintain the optimum engine output at all times. The chassis features inverted front forks and a new link-type rear suspension with a maximum stroke of 310 mm. Disc brakes are standard at the front and rear, and it also features the same transmission as the RMX250 racing machine.
