Team Suzuki World MX2 grew out of a co-operation between Team Suzuki World MXGP and Suzuki Deutschland.
Seeing a lot of young riders with potential, the MXGP team and Suzuki Deutschland wanted to start-up a program where these youngsters could be guided on their road to success in the MXGP class. Not a few top riders grew up and took off from this fantastic program and team. Still, today the team is a co-operation of Suzuki Germany and Team Suzuki World MXGP, attacking the FIM World MX2 Championship in 2017 with Jeremy Seewer, Bas Vaessen from EMX250, and Hunter Lawrence from Australia. Zachary Pichon will ride for the team in the European ‘EMX250’ Championship.
