Appointment and Retirement of Directors and Auditors, and Appointment of Managing Officers
Suzuki Motor Corporation will have the appointment and retirement of Directors and Auditors, and the appointment of Managing Officers as per below.
1. Appointment of Director and Auditors
The following appointment and retirement are scheduled to become effective upon the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on 29 June, 2016.
