Second Consecutive Customer Satisfaction Index Award Goes to Suzuki Marine

NMMA CSI Award
For the second consecutive time, Suzuki's 4-stroke outboard lineup has won the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) for Suzuki Marine, outboard motor division of American Suzuki Motor Corporation.
This prestigious honour goes only to manufacturers who achieve and maintain an independently measured standard of excellence: a 90% or higher rating in customer satisfaction for the previous year, based on surveys of more than 50,000 consumers.
"Suzuki is committed to delivering a trouble-free, satisfying boating experience every time our customers hit the water, whether the boat is powered by a portable 4-stroke or one of our powerful V6 4-stroke outboard motors for high-performance fresh and saltwater boats,"said Larry Vandiver, Marketing Director for Suzuki Marine. "This recognition confirms that we're on the right track. We' ll continue to improve product quality and customer satisfaction in all segments of the boating market."
Suzuki 4-stroke outboards have also earned an unprecedented four NMMA Innovation Awards for advanced technology and features that improve performance, efficiency and reliability.
JV Marine Chooses to Represent Only Suzuki

Facilities of JV Marine Australia
One of Australia's largest marine dealers, JV Marine, has terminated agreements with other companies to become solely a Suzuki Marine dealer. After 25 years with another brand and only two with Suzuki, JV Marine chose to represent Suzuki – Australia's fastest growing outboard motor brand – because of its strong market reputation and outstanding customer service from Suzuki's outboard distributor in Australia and New Zealand, The Haines Group.
JV Marine Managing Director John Stav said the decision was based on the higher level of support and unmatched service, as well as the future of Suzuki's clean engine technology in the marine industry: "As one of the largest Marine dealerships in the Southern hemisphere, we see the superiority of the Suzuki range. Through The Haines Group, Suzuki supports its dealers, even at boat shows and expos."
The Haines Group Managing Director Greg Haines said he expects 2008 to be Suzuki Marine's best year yet, with the release of several new exciting models.

Following the conference, DF300 Service Seminar was also held at Panama City from 6 to 8 September for 13 distributor representatives from 12 countries.

The booth of Astillero Regnicoli, Suzuki's outboard engine distributor, featured the first showing of the new DF300 in Latin America in addition to the entire lineup of 2- and 4-stroke engines. Visitors were impressed by the power of the 300hp engine in the compact design and praised such state-of-the-art technologies as the electronics remote control system.
The entire line of 4-stroke engines has been well received in Argentina for excellent technology and high reliability. Thanks to exposure at the boat show, Astillero Regnicoli sales of Suzuki outboard engines soared in October.

About 130 participants - including 58 Suzuki Marine Facilities of JV Marine Australia DF300 at Argentine Boat Show dealers, boat builders, marine media and local authorities - gathered 3-5 August 2007 in the Samara region, where a four-deck cruise ship was booked to show off the region's recreational features.
The welcome speech by President Dmitriy Volkov was followed by presentation of future sales plan, photo and video sessions and fine social events.
To improve relationships with Russian boat distributors and builders, the test rides featured a variety of 26 boats powered by Suzuki outboard motors. The DF300 – Suzuki's powerful flagship 4-stroke outboard – powering a large 21-foot offshore boat attracted a lot of attention. Participants were impressed with Suzuki's high performance and reliability.
